Sidewalk needs to be replaced. In the Suburban Design category, minimum main roof pitch 12:12″ – is it allowable to use hipped roof construction, or are there any other restrictions on roof construction other than the slope requirement? There really are no restrictions here; this is about satisfying the Design Review Subcommittee’s (DRSC) neighborhood context issues. If you think something will work well in that location, bring it on!
