A. Yes you will need to request DUNS numbers for vendors being paid from federal funds. Whether a new contract or an amendment is required will depend upon whether these updates are considered a “material change” in performance terms or expectations of the contract. At a minimum, the scope and budget will need to be updated to segregate all ARRA activity, payments and reporting. You should include a W-9 in this communication.
