A. Yes. New for the 2011 cycle, each PI must have a signed Pre-Proposal Commitment Form(s) from each identified potential sponsoring centers (and in some cases, academic unit(s)). Commitment forms are a required part of the application process. The forms are viewable with the RFA; word versions are available on this page. Q.
