For the loans that would be taken up for the newbuild projects, what kind of tenor are we looking at? And typically would such loans be fully amortising or bullet repayment?

Typical tenor is between 5-10 years (or possibly more) depending on what kind of work duration we can get with customer for the rig. Bullet payment would be preferred as it gives us the flexibility to do refinancing on more favorable terms if the opportunity arises down the road.
