For Search/PPC marketing, can I bid on or utilize brand names?
Unless otherwise stated on an offer, you should NEVER bid on trademarked/branded terms nor utilize these terms in ad copy or domains (i.e., Netflix, www.itt.com, etc.). These terms should be selected for NEGATIVE match. In addition, landing/jump pages created should not resemble the Advertiser’s site(s) to give the impression it is the actual site. Any violations will not be paid for, may result in termination of your account, and may generate legal action by the Advertiser.
