For questions 5 and 6, should the annual average daily traffic (AADT) or users per day reflect vehicular traffic only, or should it reflect all modes?

We are interested in the overall level of usage for all modes. For vehicular traffic, AADT is appropriate; for transit, ridership is appropriate. If you are including multi-modal usage statistics in questions 5 and 6, please indicate that fact in the project narrative question, question 4.
