For ownership Option 3, how will that be evaluated vis a vis a full project?
We would like you to submit your cost estimate on what it would take to construct a facility on the potential site for development. But we will also do an assessment of what the cost might be to develop a project on that property.So, in terms of the evaluation criteria, we would use any or all of the criteria applicable to the site. The more information you give us, the better position we are in to evaluate the true value of that site or of that project.So, if you do have cost estimates for a project, it is better to give that to us rather than just offer the site with no information.It is in your interest to give us more information.
