Yes. If the owner-occupant is the highest bidder on multiple houses, the M&M Contractor will choose the one that will be acknowledged for the successful bidder. The owner-occupant will not get to choose so make sure that any home that the agent submits a bid on is one that the owner-occupant are prepared to close on!
