Yes. Example: An OA operates three drinking water systems. While preparing the OPs for the systems, it determines that with the exception of elements 6, 7 and 8, all of the requirements pertaining to the other elements in the DWQMS are common to the three systems. It then decides to prepare one common plan, with the requirements for elements 6, 7 and 8 for each system noted in separate appendices.
