For Karaoke we will need to color just one word that is spelled actually and the rest of the subtitle face should have a different color. Can TF do this?

Answer We do not currently have the ability to color some text in one color and the rest in a second color on the same image. Different images, however, can have different settings (styles) which include text color and other settings.
