For international non-governmental organizations (such as confederations of organizations), can more than one local office apply?
Local offices may apply as their own organizations, provided they are independent (ie have different boards, raise their own sources of funding, and are legally registered in an eligible country. For a given organization, only ONE proposal per country is permitted. International NGOs may NOT apply for grants in the same country as their local, independent offices unless they are partnering in the programme. Note that only one application per cycle and per country from the same organization will be accepted.
