This depends on the program, but generally, a client can be hospitalized (or admitted to a treatment center) for up to 90 days and incarcerated for up to 30 days without losing the EDEN program funding. Please be aware that these guidelines are subject to change. Failure to report this information could affect your agencys ability to continue referring clients to EDENs programs.
