For how many days are the messages in my inbox and outbox folders being stored?
Inbox and outbox messages are kept 30 days until deletion which happens automatically. Messages that are marked with a yellow flag are not deleted. This option can be used in your message inbox window by clicking the checkboxes of the corresponding messages that you want to store and a click on the button “Flag”. Wink-records are deleted after 30 days without prior notice. Winks cannot be archived.
