For employees transitioning to Nycomed, how is vacation and personal time accumulated? Will transitioning employees convert immediately to the new time allotments of Nycomed?
Vacation time is based on years of service and, for transitioning employees, this will include Bradley service, starting with the original date of hire. Transitioning employees will convert to Nycomeds holiday schedule and vacation allotment immediately. If your current allotment is higher than provided for in the Nycomed plan, the higher amount will be recognized. The next milestone will be according to the Nycomed schedule.
