A. The application can be set up to generate e-mails for the notification and tracking of assigned actions, follow-ups and questionnaires. It uses SMTP to send e-mails directly to your existing e-mail server. Any mail server (such as Microsoft Exchange, Novell GroupWise, etc) that supports SMTP can be used in conjunction with the application.
