For each patient conversation, are video and voice records stored or just typed notes?
The system is not currently configured to store voice and video transactions. We anticipate that providers would treat this much like their current telephone conversations and office visits, adding appropriate information to the patient’s medical record. Key elements of provider entries are stored in the conversation report. At any time, the provider may print information from the system and store it in their medical records.
