I guess I would be concerned about safety Access Ventilation A 20′ container may not be bad,I would think about the crushing affects of the backfill.One should look at structure for reinforcement.The other thing would be rust/water.There is a product used in the automotive field called Linex that has great reviews. Right now I’m more thinking about the economy and not going broke.
