Information Release Policy We are prohibited by federal law from giving account balances out over the phone, or to releasing account information to anyone other than the cardholder. The cardholder can check their balance several ways: 1. The cardholder can check their balance in person at the UNC One Card Office during our office hours. 2. The cardholder can request a receipt with their balance printed on it any time that they make a purchase. 3. The cardholder can do a balance inquiry at any Tar Heel Teller machine for their Expense account only. 4. The cardholder can check their balance and view account history online our secure Online Card Office website using their UNC ONYEN and password.
