For an existing Lockbox client at Wells Fargo that chooses to move their accounts (and lockbox) to Bremer, do they need a new lockbox number?
We will make every effort to keep your existing lockbox number. However, depending on how your current lockbox deposits are processed, it may not be possible. A complete set of new lockbox documents will need to be completed. The Treasury Management Specialist will work with the appropriate operational areas to determine if a lockbox number change is required. This type of conversion may take longer to process.
