Foods High in Vitamin D – Can Anything Beat Cod Liver Oil?
Cod liver oil can provide in a single tablespoon all the vitamin D that most people need in a day. But there are not many other foods high in vitamin D that provide sufficient international units to prevent or treat osteoporosis.
