Foo, could you begin with a corporate profile of Bits Corp, whats its main business?
Mr. Katan: Bits’ core business is the creation, development and production of video games. We do so predominantly for the next- generation consoles, such as the Microsoft X-Box, Sony Playstation 2 and the Nintendo Game Cube, as well as the Nintendo Gameboy Advance, the latest handheld games console due to be launched later this year. We currently have a new game under development for the Gameboy Color, along with ‘Thieves World’ and a game to be released under the title (licensed by 20th Century Fox) of a well-known film. These are intended to be released at, or close to, the launch of next generation games consoles. What we’ve also been doing is creating specialists games with and for corporate sponsors ‘ for instance, we launched a 3D Internet game in August last year called Virtual Athlete with sponsors: AOL, Kellogg’s, Sports.com, MSN and Netscape, amongst others.
