DONIS:CE can be used in commercial projects. However, the ADONIS:CE licensing conditions have to be considered. In particular, an ADONIS:CE licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence (without the right to sublicence). It is not allowed • to sell, transfer, rent, lease or assign an ADONIS:CE licence, • to modify ADONIS:CE, to merge ADONIS:CE as part of any other product or collection of products, or create derivative works derived from ADONIS:CE or any component thereof, without the prior written consent of BOC, • to use ADONIS:CE, or any of its components, to create any product that competes with BOC’s products, or any of their components and • to transfer ADONIS:CE or your rights under this licence to someone else.For detailed information on the licence conditions please refer to the download section or see the licence information in your ADONIS:CE installation package.
