FSDO (Flight Standards District Office) nearest the location of the incident. If possible, provide the following information: time and place, flight characteristics, altitude, and any identifying characteristics. ALSO The Office of Public Affairs, APA-200, FAA Headquarters, publishes “How You Can Help FAA Identify Unauthorized Low-Flying Aircraft.” Copies may be obtained by calling the FAA Consumer Hotline (1-800-FAA-SURE).
