FlyeBaby was designed with this situation in mind. The seat is a hammock-style seat and as long as the directions are followed, the baby’s head does not touch the seat in front. There is a height marker on the FlyeBaby logo label on the front of the FlyeBaby seat. This marker is there to show that the baby’s head should not be above this line to prevent contact with the seat in front. In the event that the front seat is reclined it is done so in a slow, gradual manner so the adult has time to simply adjust the position of the baby so that the baby is comfortable. It is a good idea to inform the person in front of you that you will be using FlyeBaby during the cruise portion of the flight. Let the person know that it will not interfere with their direct comfort and ask that if they would be so kind as to turn around and let you know before they adjust their seat up or down.
