If you have Nortons Windoctor it will usually solve this problem. Its a registry problem where Flask seems unable to find file that are in fact there!! Infect0r-s on the Digital Digest forum had the great idea of making a correct registry file to replace the broken one. Download it here. To use just unzip and double-click on it.
