Five weeks doesn sound long. Don I need a teaching degree or Masters in TESOL to teach English?
No, you don’t. The intensely practical focus of the Trinity College London course, including observed teaching practice, provides you with a good basis of teaching techniques and procedures, and successful completion leads to the award of an internationally recognised certificate which will open doors to English teaching jobs worldwide. At International Training Network we believe in the importance of thoroughly professional training, and over two decades hundreds of our trainees have gone on to take up worthwhile teaching opportunities around the world, based on the training and qualification they have received with us. It may be that at some point in the future you wish to ‘dig deeper’ and supplement this course with a broader study of English teaching theory. But as a good, practical foundation on which to start TEFL teaching this course is hard to beat!
