Firstly, what made you decide to start following the paleo diet?
I’m not completely Paleo yet. Currently about 80 to 90 percent of everything I put in my mouth is Paleo. I first started making paleo food choices to help with my athletic performance. I use The Zone diet to portion out my food and I have found that there is a correlate between eating whole food and athletic performance. The more whole food I eat in my zone portions the better my performance is. My non paleo vices are cheese sticks because they are so convenient, whey protein, and wine. What are some of the main benefits you’ve noticed since following the paleo diet? Athleticism is the biggest one for me but I have also noticed an increase sense of well being.
