First trimester, how many times do you need the toilet during the night?

I was mad at how many times i had to pee in my first trimester. It wasnt that bad though. Now I start my 3rd trimester next week and Im waking up to pee at least 3-4 times in the middle of the night. And then I need to pee ALOT during the day, Although I hold it as much as possible (Never to Much cause it can cause a Urinary tract infection or bladder infection) But It helps if you hold it for at least 15 minutes longer. It helps so that you dont accidentally Pee in Public. Lol. Wait until you sneeze or cough or laugh and pee your pants!!! Thats when it really sucks!
