You may cancel your reservation three days before scheduled arrival without penalty, less any possible bank transfer/Pay Pal fees. After this time, there is only a $50 administrative fee, deducted from the refund. Deposits for group classes and apartments cannot be refunded if a refund is requested less than one week before arrival.
