• Click the Delete Payment for $XXX.XX for Month Day, Year where the amount displayed and date matches the payment you want to delete. The Delete Payment page opens. • Check the checkbox indicating that you understand deleting this payment will make the payment not occur. • If the payment information is correct, in the field labeled Password, type your MyLoans’ password.Note: This is the password you used to log in to MyLoans. If you do not remember your password, click on the forgotten password link. • Click Delete Payment. The You Have Successfully Deleted a Payment page will open with a confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your deleting the payment at the e-mail address you have in MyLoans. Click Cancel Delete Payment to return to the Payment Manager page.
