Filling taxes and filling injured spouse claim?

0

My wife and I file jointly. I owe back child support and the IRS always keeps my refund. The injured spouse form allows us to file jointly without giving up her part of the refund. Figure your taxes both ways and see which comes out more in your favor. You do not have to be injured to use that form. I have used it for 8 years and im not injured.
