When FileSphere Services fail to start you may experience: Windows Explorer crashing when you access FileSphere; your computer name may not be displayed in the list of network peers; or you may receive a message, Unable to start FileSphere Services To start or restart FileSphere Services: Open the Windows Control Panel [Windows Start menu > Settings > Control Panel] Open Administrative Tools and then open Services Scroll and Locate the FileSphere Service Right click on the FileSphere Service and select Start (if the service says Started, you will need to Stop the service first and then Start it) The FileSphere Service will be started
