Favorite thing during Christmas season?
I love the Christmas Nativity plays. I have so many wonderful memories of making costumes, gluing hundreds of chicken feathers to little angel wings, singing carols with the kids hundreds of times to practice, etc. I just love the Nativity plays and helping the children with them. I love decorating. I love the sewing and crafting of ornaments. I love cutting evergreens and making swags and wreaths. I love wrapping presents and making pretty bows and ingenious gift tags. I love visiting the nursing home and spending time with the residents. I especially love taking the kids to carol there. I do not really love baking, but some people do. Shopping is ok, but not that exciting. What is everyone else’s favorite holiday activity? A: The only time of the year where everyone seems to be on the same page.
