In addition to Dr. Shipon-Blum’s initial report (summary or comprehensive based on your chosen consultation), you will receive a speech-language evaluation report with recommendations that may be used to tailor specific treatment for speech and language AND school-based accommodations/interventions an individualized educational plan (IEP) or 504, should your child require additional services or modifications at school. Throughout the course of treatment, parents/school personnel are asked to complete follow-up forms that will help update our clinical staff and Dr. E on progress between appointments. In addition, families will meet with our clinical staff prior to each scheduled appointment. As a result of our comprehensive approach to treatment, communication and behavioral changes will be monitored for quick and maximum success!
