Please check the following location: Outlook 2010: File -> Options -> Addins -> Manage: Disabled Items -> Go Outlook 2007: Help -> About Microsoft Outlook -> Disabled Items Outlook 2003 or earlier: Help -> About Microsoft Outlook -> Disabled Items If you see EZDetach on that list, select it and click Enable. Then restart Outlook.
