Exuberant granular growth of tissue or cancer ?

Dear Mr. Johnston, McKenzie has just sent me your other email. You are saying that your lesion may be an exuberant granular growth of tissue and you may be correct but I am only going on what you said your biopsy result was ie. a squamous cell carcinoma hence our recommendation for the use of Curaderm. So if you think it is what you think it is then perhaps you should stop Curaderm and use some antibiotics instead. However just bear in mind that squamous cell carcinomas tend to be a little more aggressive than basal cell carcinomas and that they also do have a small tendency to spread to other sites in the body. Anyway, you do what you feel is best for you but my concern is that if it is still cancerous and we are letting it go untreated we may be doing more harm than good. But the choice is yours. Have a look at this and if you are still not happy please contact me again. Regards, Curaderm support Team.
