We’ve logged a bug that relates to using the BOM Download Control ActiveX plugin and Windows XP/Internet Explorer with Service Pack 2. If this happens to you, we highly recommend using the Firefox browser to download your files. Or you can simply click on the song titles and download your files one at a time. Sorry for the hassle. We hope to have that pesky bug squashed very soon.
