Explain the role of the service coordinators and team secretary?
The service coordinator is responsible for seeing that the RTI process flows smoothly by promoting communication among team members, organizing the data that is collected, assuring that all documentation is turned into the Team Secretary and managing all other information necessary for the team to make decisions. The team secretary’s role is to support the team and the service coordinator and is explained in the document “Quick Guide to Routing of RTI and Team Reports”.
