Explain the renter’s insurance?
Each resident will have a “blanket policy” which is included as part of the BAH/rent. You will have $10K personal property coverage, $100K liability. Each time you have a claim; there will be a $100 deductible that you would have to pay. You should review your personnel property as you may need to have supplemental insurance to cover anything above and beyond the policy provided to the residents.
