Explain how First American handles rush requests. What is the response time for a rush request?
We understand that the need for rush service on a determination will arise from time to time. As a normal part of our customer service, we provide an expedited determination whenever the need arises. For an additional fee of $10 (ten dollars) we guarantee a turnaround time of four business hours. Since most flood determination requests are completed instantly, this added guarantee is seldom needed. If your Rush Determination is not completed within four (4) business hours or less from the time you placed the rush order, you are not billed the rush fee.
