Explain briefly about MBA (Banking & Finance) programme?
The MBA (Banking & Finance) programme is being offered by Manipal University, through its IMA campus. The students selected and shortlisted by ICICI Bank are admitted to a 2 ½ year MBA (Banking & Finance) programme conducted in the IMA campus. Classes are conducted in the IMA campus during the first year of the programme which comprises of 2 Semesters. The students are provided with an exit option after successfully completing the first year of the MBA (Banking & Finance) programme. Such students are allowed to exit the MBA programme with a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDB). However, those students who have exercised the option to exit but wish to continue with the MBA (Banking & Finance) programme are allowed to rejoin the MBA (Banking & Finance) programme within 6 months of their completion of PGDB from IMA campus. Such students, by virtue of their being trainee Probationers working at different branches/locations of ICICI Bank will be provided their lectures and study material
