• Answer: Young Persons National Entitlement Card will be valid to the day before your 26th birthday. The Travel Concessions will expire on your 19th birthday, but you can continue to use your Young Persons National Entitlement Card for other services. If you are a volunteer the travel concession will be valid for one year but you can continue to use your Young Persons National Entitlement Card for other services.
