An applicant may take the NCLEX exam 8 times a year or every 45 days. As long as he/she applies each time and pays the applicable fees ($75.00 retake application fee and the $200.00 NCLEX fee).

A student can take the NCLEX as many times as they need to if they are not able to clear it You can again give the test after 45 days.  For your peace of mind, it is better to contact your Medical Academy Center and get your queries answered.
