The “PREMO PLUS” Oil By-Pass Filtration System can be easily installed outside any engine or hydraulic system as a by-pass system, not affecting or interfering with the existing full flow system. Oil enters the inlet port, at the side, under normal operating pressure. It is then channeled through the spin-on-filter where dirt and wear metal particles are trapped. The filter’s patented synthetic filter media has a BETA RATING of B 75 (traps 98.7% of all particulates 3 microns or larger). Free of dirt and wear metal contaminants the oil then flows through a metering jet that allows 4 to 5 gallons per hour to travel into the patented refining chamber where it flows over an electrically heated chamber surface in a fine thin film. Dirt free oil is heated to 195 degrees and the fuel dilution and water contaminants are evaporated and discharged through the upper vent tube. Completely clean and re-refined oil returns to the engine by gravity. The repetition of this cycle, as your engine is run
