You will need an Internet Service Provider (ISP), a modem (the faster the better, but at least 28,800 baud is recommended), and Browser software which supports 128-bit encryption and Secure Socket Layer (SSL). For best results, we recommend the most current version of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator (see links below to get the latest versions). To find out if you are using a browser version that supports SSL: In Internet Explorer, go to Help then About Internet Explorer. Some information will appear, including Cypher Strength. In Netscape Navigator, go to a secure page then click on View in the main menu, then on Page Info. The level of encryption should be shown under Security.
