Exactly what equipment and software do I need to access RCU eBranch?
You will need a computer with the Windows XP operating system, an Internet Service Provider (ISP), a modem (the faster the better), and Browser software which supports 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. For best results, we recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. Customized browsers like SBC-Yahoo, AOL, and MSN are not supported. If you are using one of these customized browsers, you may want to try using the most recent Mozilla FireFox browser version for eBranch instead. RCU does not support Macintosh. Some Members that do use Macintosh systems have had luck using the most recent Apple Safari or Mozilla FireFox browsers. RCU eBranch does not work with Macintosh systems using the Internet Explorer browser.
