Every time I use Safari on the Apple Mac system it demands my keychain password?
This is because you have changed your account password (either out of choice or at the behest of the the system) since the first time you used your Apple account. Your login password and Keychain password are now out of sync so everytime Safari autofill is used (form/password/field auto-completion on web based forms) it needs Keychain access to get the information required to fill in the web form.
