Every time I try to Login to PirateMail, I receive a web page error that the page cannot be displayed or that LiveID authentication failed. What can I do?

This is generally a “cookie” issue and most often is resolved by refreshing the page after you receive the error. Press the CTRL key and the F5 key at the same time on your keyboard to refresh the web page. If you receive a message that the information must be resent, allow it to continue and resend the data. If a refresh does not allow you to login successfully, with the error on the screen, type http://www.outlook.com in the address bar of the IE browser. This should take you to the Outlook Web Access page for PirateMail Live@Edu. If this still does not provide successful login, please try to use the SkyDrive link and choose the Mail menu item at the top of the screen once you have successfully logged into SkyDrive to access the Outlook Web Access page for PirateMail Live@Edu.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
