You have corrupted your file mpnewcharacter.fl in “\Freelancer\Exe” directory. Try to compare mpnewcharacter.fl and mpnewcharacter.flmm, files should be the same. If not, try use mpnewcharacter.flmm (backup file which created by Freelancer mod manager) and rename it.
