Ever since I used the CDS to update the firmware on my Cricut machine, the machine itself has slowed down or stopped working all together. What do I do?
In the rare occasion of this issue, the Cricut will continue to work with the CDS, but suffer some loss of functionality when used on its own. We are narrowing down the possible causes for this issue and plan to have it addressed and fixed in a quickly-approaching update. We will announce update releases on Cricut.com, on our Community message boards, and in our Cricut newsletter. If your Cricut machine loses all functionality after a firmware update, please contact Cricut Support for further instructions.
